Custom-Cut Stone Sourcing Deposit

A $200 non-refundable sourcing deposit begins your custom-cut stone request and is applied toward the purchase price of the custom-cut stone you select.

Custom cutting is subject to rough availability, feasibility, estimated yield, and final pricing. Because the finished dimensions, carat weight, color, and other characteristics of a custom-cut stone cannot be guaranteed before cutting, final specifications may vary from initial estimates.

Once custom cutting has been authorized or work has begun, the request cannot be canceled or changed without possible additional costs.

Availability and pricing are subject to change until the required rough or stone has been secured.

Natural diamond requests may require an additional deposit based on the specifications and cost of the stone. Any additional deposit required will be confirmed prior to sourcing or custom cutting.
