Every Vianne Lane finished piece begins with a conversation/. From sourcing the right stones and refining the design to CAD approval, production, and final finishing, each step is handled with intention so the finished piece feels considered from beginning to end.

How Your Piece Comes Together

  • Consultation

    We begin with your inspiration, preferences, and vision for every custom piece.

  • Stone Sourcing

    Diamonds and gemstones are carefully sourced and curated around your design, preferences, and budget.

  • Design

    Your ideas begin to take shape through proportions, setting style, metal, and all of the details that give the piece its character.

  • CAD Approval

    Detailed CAD renderings are provided for review and refinement, resin molds on request. Production begins only after your written approval of the final design.

  • Creation

    Once the final design is approved, The $500 nonrefundable deposit it due. After the deposit is received, your piece moves into production, where it is crafted, set, finished, and inspected with attention to every detail.

  • Completion and Delivery

    Once your piece is complete and the remaining balance is paid, your piece is carefully prepared and packaged for insured delivery.

Timing and Details

Stone Sourcing typically requires 10-14 days prior to design finalization.

Custom-cut sourcing timelines vary based on availability, feasibility, and cutting requirements.

Design refinement and CAD approvals generally require 1-2 weeks.

Production typically requires approximately 2-4 weeks after written CAD approval and receipt of the $500 nonrefundable production deposit.

The Production deposit is applied toward the final cost of your piece. The remailing balance is due before insured delivery.
