Shipping & Delivery

Vianne Lane offers complimentary insured shipping within the United States unless otherwise noted at checkout.

Ready-to-ship items
In-stock jewelry and loose diamonds are generally prepared for shipment after payment has cleared and any required order verification is complete.

Custom and made-to-order pieces
Custom jewelry is typically completed within approximately 2–4 weeks after written CAD approval and receipt of the required production deposit. This timeframe is an estimate and may vary depending on design complexity, stone availability, production requirements, or circumstances outside our control.

Sourced stones
Stone sourcing generally requires approximately 10–14 days before design finalization. Custom-cut sourcing may require additional time depending on rough availability, feasibility, cutting, and delivery.

Insured delivery
Jewelry, diamonds, and gemstones are shipped using an insured and trackable method. Signature confirmation may be required for delivery. Please ensure that the shipping address provided is secure and that someone is available to receive the package when required.

Shipping address changes
For security reasons, changes to the shipping address after an order has been placed may require additional verification and may not always be possible once an order has entered fulfillment.

Lost or delayed packages
If tracking shows an unusual delay or a package appears to be lost in transit, please contact Vianne Lane at info@viannelane.com so we can assist with the carrier and any applicable insurance claim.

Damaged deliveries
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please retain all packaging and contact us promptly. Photographs of the package and item may be requested as part of the review process.

Delivery estimates
Carrier delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed by Vianne Lane. Weather, carrier disruptions, holidays, security reviews, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times.
