Warranty & Repairs
Warranty & Repairs
Vianne Lane stands behind the craftsmanship of each piece we create. Fine jewelry is meant to be worn and enjoyed, but it also requires care, maintenance, and periodic inspection.
Workmanship
If a Vianne Lane piece has a manufacturing or workmanship issue, contact us so we can review the item and determine the appropriate repair or resolution.
Loose or missing stones
Stone loss is not automatically considered a manufacturing defect. Prongs, bezels, settings, and metal can wear over time, especially with frequent or hard wear. If a stone becomes loose or is lost, the piece will need to be inspected before coverage or repair options can be determined.
Normal wear
Scratches, dents, bent or worn prongs, metal wear, stretched links, damage from impact, and changes caused by everyday use are considered normal wear and are not covered as manufacturing defects.
Repairs & resizing
Repairs, resizing, refinishing, stone replacement, and other service work may be available and will be quoted based on the condition of the piece and the work required.
Third-party alterations
Repairs, resizing, setting work, or modifications performed by another jeweler may affect or void any applicable Vianne Lane workmanship coverage.
Care & inspections
We recommend periodic professional inspection of frequently worn jewelry, especially rings, bracelets, and pieces with exposed settings. Regular maintenance can help identify worn prongs, loose stones, and other issues before damage occurs.
How to request service
